Peacock Paisley Art Studio is a place to create all kinds of art, crafts and crochet! Choose a class below, see when it’s offered on the calendar, sign up and join us in creating!
What I offer:
Six Week Art in a Box: once a week, you’ll pick up your art box containing all the supplies you’ll need to create a piece of art. I will teach and create along side you via an online video. Cost is $75 for the six weeks.
Weekly homeschool art classes: you choose one day of the week to attend throughout the year. Tuesdays we will meet at 10:00-11:15 am, Wednesdays at noon-1:15, Thursdays noon-1:15 pm. or Fridays at 10:00-11:15 am. Price is $30 plus tax a month per student which includes instruction and materials. Classes are for ages 6 and up. These will be drop off classes, where you drop off your child and pick them up.
Curriculum: I have gathered many fun projects for this year from art sources, my ideas and other art lesson plans, incorporating all sorts of mediums. Below are the planned projects. I am licensed and am willing to work with different education programs.
Focused art classes: afternoon class designed for students or anyone to learn basic drawing, painting, clay, printmaking, etc. Each month we will explore a different medium. Price is $30/month for one day a week.
Art Journaling: bring your journal and have fun using the studio’s supplies to draw, paint, stencil, print and express yourself. If you want inspiration to start a page, I will help and if not, you’re free to work alone. Price is $10/hour.
Crochet: if you have always wanted to learn how to crochet, I will teach you! If you want a place to come and crochet with others, this is it. Price is $10/hour.
Open studio: come work on your project, using studio space and supplies ( tools, brushes, paint, paper). Price is $20/hour.
Photo organizing and scrapbooking: finally set apart a time to get those pictures off your phone and computer! We’ll organize, make online albums or physical ones, chat and have fun! Bring your laptop or albums, I have many papers, stickers, scissors, and a Cricut machine. Price is $10/hour.
Workshops: offered during the day or evening for ages 13+. Each week or month a different workshop will be held, including wood burning, stained glass, encaustics, gelli printing, glass mosaic and much more. Check calendar for workshop offered and prices.
Birthday parties: create art while celebrating a birthday! Limited to 12 people. Paint a canvas, design a gnome or fairy house, have a tea party, decorate a cake or create your own art party! Price includes 2.5 hrs to create, open gifts, and have dessert (provided by you). $250.00. Call for an available date.
